What we do

What the company database contains

Identity & contacts

Company ID, VAT ID, address and NACE sector from ARES and the Commercial Register. Email, phone and website are sourced from publicly available sources and matched to the company ID.

Risk signals

VAT-payer status from the Ministry of Finance register and an insolvency flag. Both are separate columns you can filter by.

Fresh data

The methodology explains the database snapshot date and source limitations. An available phone number or email is not a guarantee of reachability or deliverability.

Filtering & export

Filter companies by sector, region, city, postcode, VAT-payer status and contact availability. You get the data in CSV / Excel, or via API on request.

Data sources

Where the data comes from and how we work with it

Company identities come from public registers. Available phone numbers, emails and websites come from public sources. Records with a company ID can be linked to VAT and insolvency information; the methodology explains coverage and limitations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the company database

Company identities come from public registers. Available phone numbers, emails and websites come from public sources. Records with a company ID can be linked to VAT and insolvency information; the methodology explains coverage and limitations.

A one-off export of an entire sector costs CZK 4,900 to 9,900 depending on the sector; you will find the exact price for each of the fifteen sectors in the sector overview.

By sector, region, district, city, street and postcode, by VAT-payer status (reliable, unreliable, not registered) and by whether the company has a phone, an email or both.

All companies in the given sector in our database, including the contacts available for them. For example, Construction & trades has 513,177 companies, of which 97,954 have a phone and 77,391 an email. We deliver the export in CSV or Excel, ready to open in a spreadsheet or import into a CRM. API access is available on request.

The data comes from public registers (ARES, the Commercial and Trade Register, the Ministry of Finance, the Insolvency Register) and from publicly available sources where companies published it themselves. Information about legal entities is not personal data; for sole traders and contacts to specific individuals it is personal data processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For their own outreach, the buyer is an independent controller: they need their own legitimate interest, must inform the recipient and must respect objections. Email marketing is governed by Act No. 480/2004 Coll., so every email must include the sender's identification and an option to unsubscribe. We're happy to help you set up your campaign.

A note on e-mail: under the Czech Data Protection Authority’s (ÚOOÚ) interpretation of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., an unsolicited e-mail offer without the recipient’s prior consent is illegal commercial communication — even when sent to a company. Use the database for phone, postal or in-person outreach, LinkedIn, and for verifying and enriching your own contacts; e-mail only existing customers or recipients who have given consent.

We publish the database snapshot date and available update information on the database status and methodology pages. We do not guarantee a fixed refresh interval for every source or the freshness of every contact. We confirm the scope and date of your export before you order.
